About Us
We are the Future Builders, a team of students at the Ohio State University working on a community outreach project. We are passionate about education, so we are hosting a book drive and fundraiser for elementary age kids in Columbus. Keep reading to learn more.
Our Mission
Our goal is the help make a difference and impact on the literacy of young elementary age students in need in Columbus. We will contribute any possible donations, whether that be money or book donations, to the community center Gladden Community House. We plan to visit Gladden House and host a reading event. On the visit, we will hand out the books that have been donated along with instructions to sign up for a library card. We hope to help make an impact on the community and the kids as we will provide them with the literacy resources they need.
